Her career began as a recruiter and evolved into a client care role, eventually leading her to serve as the administrator and business developer for a successful start-up location. Driven by compassion, lifelong learning, and transparency, Kelly excels in leading high-performing teams committed to delivering exceptional care to the clients they serve. She is passionate about being a resource to all that she encounters and supporting client's desires to remain safe and happy in their homes.

Valeria plays a pivotal role in our recruiting and retention efforts in addition to managing various Human Resources responsibilities. With her distinguished track record of excellence in talent acquisition and human resources management, she has a keen eye for identifying outstanding caregivers who have the exceptional skills and personal qualities, especially compassion and kindness, our clients and their families deserve. Valeria’s proactive approach to talent acquisition includes planning hiring strategies aimed at recruiting and retaining the best caregivers, which includes training management and supervisors in the recruiting process. In addition, her experience in managing employee relations matters with professionalism and efficiency enables her to focus on ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, fostering the development of meaningful long-term relationships among our team members, and ensuring a positive work environment for all of our staff.

Her career spans roles in medical offices, hands-on care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), and hospice. This diverse background has helped Kristen to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while navigating healthcare needs and ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
