Assisting Hands has taken excellent care of my 86-year-old Mom. They are punctual, dependable, and above all they are caring. I had three different Aides take care of my Mom and each one was compassionate and I have no negative comments about any of them. Amanda the Scheduler was very accommodating and always followed up to confirm and to give me the name of who would be caring for my Mom. Thank you for everything you did for my Mom and for making this process simple.

I cannot say enough about this agency!! They are one of a kind!! I love them!! I have used a lot of home care agency’s in the past with not such great results. No one comes close to the compassion, love and I can say friendship we have with this company!! The staff is excellent! I speak to Amanda who is the scheduler and she is so upbeat no matter when you call she is always wonderful!! She takes care of all of my needs even in a pinch she is so good at what she does! Rose is so sweet and willing to help put all of our needs together in any way she can and I cannot thank her enough!! Shane was just the light we needed when my brother came out of the hospital in October of 2020! I was unsure if we could find any care due to the pandemic. He has had MS for 39 years and was now in need of 12 hour a day care and Assisting Hands took us in and worked out all the logistics. Tim needed a male caregiver which is very hard to come by and we have been blessed with a very loving and caring man who has become Tim’s best friend. He is an angel in our corner that’s for sure! I wont mention his name because I don’t want anyone to steal him away! All and all they are the best If you are looking for loving care for your family member or friend please call this agency as you wont be disappointed!!!!

I contacted the agency when my mother came home from a skilled nursing facility. SENI and his team have been absolutely wonderful they are very kind caring. They have been here for my mother taking care of her with my horrible hours going to and from work. Theresa and Janie have been there for my mother. My mother just glows when they come in because she is so happy with them which makes us happy with them they take care of her they treat her with kind caring and compassion and I highly highly recommend them to anyone who is needing care for a family member or someone that they love. I definitely give them five stars I would always give them five stars they have been the best!

The staff and office personnel are wonderful. I called Assisting Hands to inquire about in home care for my uncle who is recovering from major surgery. They answered all of my questions and followed up with me the next day. I reached out to a few other agencies but will choose Assisting Hands based on their professionalism and attentiveness.
